How do you compare the WBS of two similar projects in your organisation?

Go to WBS Screen and create a good layout for comparison.
Print it.
Do the same for the other project and get the print.
Compare them as you like.

So the comparison by WBS between similar projects in the same organization will be in responsible manager , the number of the main divisions of the WBS in the structure frame and the type and number of activities in each WBS division , Also can be compared by budget and spending plan.
