Talent definitely comes first, but unfortunately, its matter of10 minutes (interview) wherein you prove your talent over the experience. If you succeed in this, you are in.
Another side, Some jobs really require experience person as they cannot spend time on exploring your talent. So it really depends upon the role in the company.
It would depend upon the job role and it's requirements. It is not necessary that all jobs demand for experience.
There there are pros and cons to both. Ultimately, while experience can quicken the learning curve, it is almost always best to hire raw talent if you are looking for optimal productivity.
Talent are limitless in their natural abilities. They are quick to learn and quite frankly, they thrive on learning. With no prior work experience or training to fall back on, they will always fight hard to survive which means they will be more likely to adapt to change and to accept new challenges in the workplace.
I agree with submitted comments..its depend upon role n requirement of position, for freshers companies offer trainee programs, internships, apprenticeship and its clearly mention in vacancy advertisement.

Experience is not necessary for Job Seekers, Because, Job seekers need only Interest & Attitude to Learn the Job, and off-course talent will be an added advantage

Experience Hand will never Eat your Time & Money, But he may not do things in a different way.
Yes for senior position, we need to have experience but for entry level position or MT level, i never hired for experience individual. It's all depend on what exactly the position is.
