How long would you expect to work in one company if hired?

Depends on the company. As long as I am able to thrive professionally and grow. If a company allows your skills to become stagnant or you feel unappreciated then you should move on to somewhere that you will be happy and have growth potential. To me the mood of the environment is more important then pay rate. I do not want to bring negativity home with me or waste my short life in a dead end job. If you are comfortable and happy, you should stay as long as possible.

As long as the job is right for me.  I cant contribute  to the best of my abilities in anything unless I am fully convinced that what I am doing is the right thing to do.  otherwise, it would be better for both  The company and me to  leave. I will tell you the truth  about the reasons if I ever  end up with such a decision and if we both are honest enough, we should  agree upon doing what is best for all not just for you and me. This world will never become a better place if each one of us doesn't strive to make it happens. I only have one life and so do you, so let's make the best out of it  and start living it for the right reason.

So long as the work is impressive

If management satisfied with my work then at least5 years.

i will definitely find my job description in my offering letter so i will spend my most time with that company but company also give me strong financialyy position

 

When I'm hired in a company, I must check first the working environment to see if it's a good one. In order to see that I will need a few months. Then if it's ok I don't have a problem to stay as much as possible, I mean I don't have a working scedule already in my mind. Of course if something happens that will change the working conditions I will look for another job.  

If you satisfy on your company, contribution is recognized and have a career growth.
