Yes sir, My telephone bill for more than45 times showed a minimum bill as per the tariff.12 time it crossed just5% above that. only3 times it crossed a little bit high (It is out of60 times when I occupied in prominent responsibility position) Most of the time I used landlines.

I think I can work well without a cell phone but always i will need to make different calls regarding my work & my private life too which will be an obstacle in
front of me requires more time and effort
Even though I can work without a cell phone, i prefer to have a cell phone so that psychologically i feel comfortable. I always want to be accessible to my customers, colleagues, friends, relatives & family members
Yes, it seems that most of older generation still see the the cellular as an accessory except in a critical situation. Although I consider my self as a telecom guy, but I don't let any telecom company make profit on me.
Every thing in the universe has two sides one is positive and the other is negative and the cell phone is not unexceptional, For example "SUN" a main source for energy but it could cause a skin cancer if miss used, "TV" it can be used to watch educational/cultural programs but also it can be a tool for demolition of family/society and moral decay if miss used, "KNIFE" very important for each and every kitchen but it can be a deadly weapon if miss used. The same thing goes for cell phone if properly used it can add a lot to your personal live and to your work too and it can cause disasters if miss used. So it is all about you and not the cell phone.
If an individual's work or job role does not find the necessity of the cell phone then the work can continue. At the same time one needs to be connected some way for an easy access.
