Remember :2 things - One Is You & Second Is God . Teacher teaches but no one can become a replication of the teacher . Eg : If your work today is to teach him/her . Do it - Max. - he/she would replace you - your time is numbered . But, if your intentions are OK & you teach him/her like your colleague / junior whom you could pass on duties & responsibilities - Just Do it . God will make your way . Because you have done your ( Duty with responsibility ) - My View !
I would have no problem teaching the new employee.
There could be two reasons:
I daily teach new employees about job.
he'll choose me cause i'm different and i have the ability to be leader , so i'll do it simply with some limitation i think
Nothing to worry about it. I am in favour of this practice, I feel good in sharing my abilities and knowledge which Allah has provided me.
I will teach him even after i know he is taken my place , just to show him im not what he think of me ,, and i like to show always my good side .
Do it,chances you are getting promoted .
It is an opportunity to show one's skill and also to learn from it.

you mean that he may replace me with him , If I am so scared from that and no one now secrets except me and I know that this manager is a bad person , I will teach the new person but not so fast to make the manager need me and need him too so2 bird with one stone , to make him can't through me a way and the other person too at the same time I will try to get another job , to through him a way , that what I think any one may be thinking , but a bout me I will teach the new person every every every thing with one condition just to be good person until I finished my training
