There is a management proverb which reads : We do not hire a man's history, we hire the man. His very first appearance, talk, approach, style of functioning speak a lot. After all, people do judge us by the way we speak.
That is why communication, presentation, learning to listen, perform and leading the team are vital factors for an executive's elevation to go up the ladder. Combination of all these qualities lie with a positive minded person. Even at the fag end of the day, he would say : if our relaltively smaller competitor does, why can't we and he would plunge into immediate planning for achieving the desired goal.
As for negativity is concerned, let us not think of it, for, our precious time is being wasted even while our Team is still on the job of fulfilling today's goal.
A person's attitude is judged by is, Phisical apperence, Dressing sense, communication level, way of approaching a person, and basically how he deal with women employees , in the organization
