FTP is a File transfer protocol that give reliablity and connectivity with FTP client between two connection.
The 220 reply code is sent in response to a new user connecting to the FTP server to indicate that the server is ready for the new client. It can also be sent in response to a REIN command, which is meant to reset the connection to the moment the client first connected to the server.
