in this case the patient diet plan depending on type of medicine and time also .. on the sec hand avoid food of high glycemic index as banana , cooked carrot and adequate portion of some food as honey , mango ,grapes and increase in vegetable then fruits then starch and give protein depending on weight and age .. also salt no more1200mg/day and drink plenty of water
Well, I think you should consider the glycemic index that states that the consumption of high glycemic yielding food should be consumed with low glycemic yielding food such as fibers in order for the overall glucose in blood to decrease.

Practice of sports, especially walking-
