What skills do i need to be professional in property management?

I think to be a professional in property management you'll need the following skills:1 - You must be familiar with and knowledge of the economic situation prevailing state in which they operate and have a Mini and field studies.2 - To be in contact with law enforcement agencies that regulate rents and real estate laws.3 - Knowledge the price of traded according to different regions on the natures of people and behavior of multinational.4 - Knowledge in changes that occur in the market and reading the future succession and ready to sudden changes and be you a clear idea about the reasons for rising prices or falling and determine rents are reasonable and logical.5 - Knowledge of accounting and business in its own way.6 - Knowledge of measurements and are familiar with some of the private real estate management software programs which are many.7 - Good dealing and quality of understanding and negotiation with customers and treat each of them as different from each other and away from the nerve, whatever the causes and treatment of all complaints problems encountered wisely and considerate and courteous to create in addition to the permanent smile is the most important qualities of a successful real estate manager.
