Successful manager is a leader who knows how to put the right staff

in the right place and achieves all goals required of it in accordance

with the schedule to work with the utmost quality ,

commitment, efficiency , honesty, credibility and activity for sure.

2. Fight for your people

3. Be timely, tough and straightforward when it comes to bad news and criticism

4. Manage upwards to protect your people

5. Pay people what they are worth

6. Give clear directions and be specific

7. Challenge your people to stretch beyond their current state

8. Keep your people informed with what is happening

9. Grow your people

10. Manage behaviour through values rather than policies and procedures

 

Successful managers exhibit a passion for the success of their people.

Simply: The most successful managers get the right results, ethically, on time, with the right combination of people, processes and resources.
