I will feel deep sorrow and sadness. I will trying prevent it, as well as trying to convince the administration constantly my colleagues in their positions because leaving their positions will affect the work and I think no one can be the best of them. We were used to working with them as a successful team work under successful leaders and we got a success one by one because we are love them. they made us love the work and able to a successful making. I think no one can be do like them. The Company cannot loss any thing if they stayed in their positions, but it can loss a lot of successes if they leaves.

To allow it to happen is a big management mistake on a key position, to find a quick knowledgeable, reliable and dependable alternatives to carry on the tasks is a challenge.
Feeling will be bad in this situation. However, I do not do anything for them and need to implement the work in right time and also communicate new one appointed. I will be serious to my work.

It is important to know the cause behind such action - were the employees "terminated" due to business or financial impropriety, or indulging in any activity going against company policy? More important if these employees were doing the right thing and in doing so again going against some management plan or scheme? In either scenario it would matter to me based on where I situated and accordingly I would be either comfortable or start looking for another job according to the urgency.
IT IS TOO DIFFICULT TO MAKE PEOPLE ABLE TO RUN KEY POSITIONS IN ANY WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND IF THEY ARE TERMINATED THAN DIFFICULT TO GET REPLACED ON EARLY BASIS AND A LOSS FOR THE EMPLOYER.
Start making your backup plan for a new job. The management looks like to be in undetermined condition.
In light of such a situation, I would feel very introspective instantly. I imagine i would begin to take stock of my actions, performance, and attitude. Many times complacency in one's positions leads one to a position where they become faced with termination.
I would take a close hard look at myself to ensure that I'm not following the same path as them where I might meet the same fate. Other than that, it would be important to ensure that morale in the department is maintained in order to alleviate the anxiety that other colleagues might be feeling. This if course applies if i happen to be in a management position with direct subordinates.
Reason behind the termination does matter. Otherwise keep doing your good work!

From my point of view, I will feel somewhat content and my confidence level will boost, as the Company terminated them and kept me, for a reason that my performance is better than them.
This is a challenging and motivating situation for me to improvise more.
