I agree with most answers 

Best is to talk to your IT Department ... they are trained to handle these part of the business. 

I would go to your IT Manager and have him write a batch or have your Assistant create a group called "Clients",  which can lists many names under a group heading which lets you send one email at once to every one just keep in mind if you loose clients than you have to remove these clients and add new once. This can be done in Outlook

Updating this list can be done by your IT Department or your Assistant

You can have a website of your products created and have it updated on regular bases, but that will not update your clients or rather they will not see it till they view your website.

If it is just for emails to update your clients I would use email (Outlook); if you can not get all names into the same group than create more "Clients1 ,2 ".... this way you still can attach all names at the same time ... keep in mind not to overload your emails with attachments otherwise your emails will be slow or even not be able to be send.
