From the point of view of Customers: Make very haste decisions without going for the conditions or understanding the terms mainly relying on the hearsay.
From the Marketing side : They are quick on sales rather on connections and less transparency to facts--self centered attitude and not attending to customer queries and complaints and expect results for doing nothing.

The biggest mistake is when marketing message is a created that way that customers are not able to see the "trees" while watching at the "woods"!
They all follow the roomers and hear what they want to hear without think out of the box , I mean they never ask others but go tot the persons which they accept to tell them the answer they want to hear, finally try to hear more to be more reality.
Following are some crucial and common mistakes:
The lack of sufficient human understanding on both sides of the fence. The Internet cannot substituted the human aspect of marketing and many a time it is this aspect which can sink the business.
Not choosing the right Audience or wrong targeted audience.
