The answer to this question is very simple, HR Manager can be evaluate but the number of turn over and the performance of the employees hired. The less the number of turn over is the prove of a good HR Manager, and the longer employees stay with the company is the proof of the right choice made by HR.

There must be a measurement units according to the tasks to be distributed within the standard for each task and the role of human resources through the activation of the standard of achievements and skills that owns the employee, and talent management is a supervisory role
