with all my respect , the goal of my perspective is to maximize the profit.

and looking for the high productivity, not just searching for leads.

Profit is consisting of = Revenue - Cost

Revenue depends on the Demand and how many customer can i capture from it. but of course there are a lot of factors affect the demand, So it's hard to do a shorthand and say that the goal of any organization is to drive leads that turn into sales because my customer today maybe wii not be my customer for tomorrow

I agree with Mr. Mohamed Hendy here. Marketing purposes include driving up sales, but marketing goal should be concentrating on how to make & maintain customers iat all levels. The customer is not only the person who would buy your product; this may be the primary customer from sale perspective. The customer is any one who deal or would be dealing with th eorganization.
