How to resolve conflicts within your team?

First you need to determine what is the problem? how it has orginiated and wether it is serious, urgent or just a mior conflict that happens normally.
Because some conflicts require the manager to acknowledge the issue but not interfere as it will be sorted smoothly by the team members them selvels.
other problems needs to be addressed urgenlty by the manger, here he should communicate what are his concerns and listen to all the parties in the confict.
then determine the best way to solve the issue keeping in mind the company rules and regulations and ethics.

I always prefer honest and direct conversations with team member, making them feel the importance of their role in the team and how its so important for getting the task in hand done.
Second this approach detects who's commited and who's not.
Those who are commited will be direct and point the problem, he also should participate on finding the solution so he won't get used on going for the higher level for help always and also develop his skills, maybe he had the answer from the beginnig but he was hesitated, this will make more self confident and strong team player.
On the other hand the other kind won't go staright, and upon his level of commitment we can detect the best approach to deal with him, but I prefer not to involve the manager unless its a closed case, so I can build a bridge of trust.
