TCP/IP reliable and  needs acknowledgment according to the window size ; for example  : - if window size is4 the receiver will acknowledge every4 segments that the traffics have been reached ; if it's not , the sender will resend it again ; this type is used in reliable transmissions such as email .

UDP it does not need any acknowledgment so it will be faster than the first type ; UDP usually use with voice
