You definitely don't want lazy people who have experience but no motivation. They will always find ways to excuse from given work
You will always find that the less motivated person is the one bringing weight on the team. I personally would prefer to have the motivated non experienced player since they will be willing to learn and adjust to the teams atmosphere and would be ready to learn anything, also they will most likely be the one to succeed and grow with the team.
mativated with no experience will take some time to mould but will be better than experienced, less motivated and tired person.for me slow and steady wins the race.
All of those skills can be developed.
I will absolutely choose the Motivated, passionate, with no experience to my team.
A team absolutely i shall choose the Motivated, passionate, with no experience . it shall take short time to mould but in case if you dont have source and time then i would go for the Experienced one and shall use personal skill to motivate team or a person.
"Errors of Enthusiasm are better than indifference of wisdom"
SO, I will choose a Motivated employee over and Experienced one.
