What was your biggest accomplishment in your management position?

Correction of the stock in the system after physical verification which was pending over more than10 years where more than100 thousand items with plenty of stocks  with the help of all workers and that too within a period of3 months with more than95% accuracy under my initiative.

ORGANIZE FROM ZERO SYSTEM TO GET ISO9001 AND MAKE ARCHIVE AND DATA SAVE

 

Signing two big restaurant/food chains.

That was15 yrs ago when I led the Quality Management System  implementation as per ISO9002V.1994 requirements.

 

My Biggest accomplishment was when as store manager in my first year at work I won a national award for my Management and Customer Service in USA, the country that achieving goals is though and recognition are not made unless you have done more than your best. My gain in one year was much bigger and higher than the history of that store in25 years, and I won32 awards within district out of35 awards in the same year, highest record in the corporation history

Creating a system to replicate data through60 branches.

As part of the Management Team, contributed at all levels of its activities in achieving the set goals that include but not limited to setting-up Departments from scratch, generated the policies and procedures and automated the Systems, Due Diligence Study, ISO Certification Auditing, Board Meeting coupled with Clients Annual Meeting, Company Open Day Celebration, etc.

Well it was my first government tender wherein I was given the free hand to make the DPR for a new business division of my company, I refrained from number fudging which did not go too well with the company mgmt specially the CFO who was taking keen interest in the project. He got the no's reworked from the account s dept but I somehow managed to submit my DPR and it also got selected. That was the first Instance I realised that disclosures and honest projections are good for business, identified similar areas and got the confidence to work out an approach that helped me break the conventional route heavily dependent on lobbyists. But yes, in the long run it has hurt me whenever I tried to switch my job.
