false
Completely false.
Answer to above is False.
Performance management does provide fair and accurate feedback for employees in terms of HR.
It's rather complicated to answer True or False because "feedback in terms of HR" is not really that clear. Could you elaborate?
The phrase is wrong. Because in our view that performance management determines to some extent the performance of each employee, therefore we can accurately assess employees, but may not satisfy some staff who consider them failed and frustrated because failure does not prefer to see failur
False. The fault is not with the process but how credibally HR professionals implement it. If dobe with a sincere intent and transparency, it can have huge impact on the motivation of people and their engagement levels and can result in positive impact on the company's top as well bottom line.
False; any feedback gives information about HR. If feedback is inaccurate and unfair then clearly HR AND Management are horribly failing!!
it might be true or false depends on the person who is performing the feed back. because this might goes again with the attitude of the employees towards his / her subordinates. therefore; attitude towards each others is really very important. as what the saying goes, do unto others what others want to do unto you...
