Ranking based on different parameters like: Performance, skill, capabilities; Qualification and Experiences,  Creativity and initiative, Evaluation on the basis of certain technical tests and interviews.  Basic weight age should be given for the job knowledge skill and expertise.    Large Organization entrust the major task of Quantitative measurement for external consultancies, they may conduct scientific written tests to provide the basic quantitative data to which other grading are added to form the rank list to finalize.
