Soft skills is must in any organisation. Infact soft skills is neccesary part of life. Because in day to day life we deal with many situations (bad or good situations) which can be handled only by our soft skills. Soft skill is the skill is the way of communicating with the people. It is the way to deal with irated clients or customers. Soft skills play very important role specially for people who deal with customers on daily basis. It is the way of convincing the most adamant customer who is just not ready to listen to anything when he is toltally unsatisfied with the products and services of the company. Soft Skill is very important in convincing the customers to buy the product.

Thank you all for answering. I have found the answer I was looking for. In my understanding soft skills include: Emotional intelligence, Personal skills/people skills and communication skills. And every person has to have these skills in order to succeed.
