Hello Imran,

I hope you feeling well.

Additionally, to what Abdul and Nadeem answered, I would like to say that fortunately we are consisting of body, mind and spirit. If one of the three is imbalanced then we will be imbalanced. If your body doesn't match with your language they might watch your body and not your words. Although, First of all you have to be well with you and then your body will follow you.

Unfortunatelly, people give great attention on our outfit and not in our inner self. If and when you meet a person who will do that just take your coffee and leave because is not the person you want to have business with.

I agree with Abdul Latif that Body Language is very important during negotiation. In fact, Negotiation is the art of communicating and prevailing upon other person as far as you can. While we cannot deny the importance of solid arguments in support of ones views, the most important factor still would remain as to how these arguments are presented i.e how well the communication is. All through this process, your body language and choice of words are the two techniques which help to succeed.

Thank you for your Invitation

Negotiation is simply defined as how to share your idea with the other party and basically based on communication techniques, So Body language is very Supportive during Negotiation as it helps good communication and adding meanings to the spoken words.  Noting the other party's Culture, Body language can be used as better negotiation technique, so as said "Culture eats Stratigies for Breakfast" , so we must build this technique regarding the other party's culture.

Again, The Person can be judged as per his body language based on his culture and what the sign means in  his culture, and the ability to understand this body sign, so NO may mean go ahead and I'll Agree. Actually there are fixed body language across cultures like eye languages and facies expressions and can be learnt through training ..

It will have a lot of Psychological effect. It is not only 'What you speak, but also how you speak & how you present are key ice breakers for a Negotiation'.

Your body language will portray how confident as a person you are, it also highlights your Interest in the deal going through & your reliability.

Even if you are very serious but your body language or the negative presentation you do reduces the chances of cracking an important deal. As "Trust is everything".

body language can reveal if you are hesitating , lying , anticipating, when acting in the right way you can communicate what you want , if you don't and your body language betrays you , if  the other party will know your actual position , denying you from gains

its like if you can show a poker face when your playing poker
