Good question dear friend : Zafar
Agreed with both answers given by
Mr.:Vrindava & Mr.:Pathiyil as well too
Corporate objectives are the aims of the organisation which will be positive and forward looking operations of the company in the future.
Personal objectives are the aims of the individual for his development and his personal growth.
Before joining the organisation the importance must be given to personal objective and after joining he should follow the corporate objectives and automatically he will achieve his personal objectives.
IF BOTH THE OBJECTIVES ARE MOVING SIDE BY SIDE THEN ITS VERY FINE ,,,,,,, COMPANY OBJECTIVES ARE ONLY GOOD FOR YOUR JOB SURVIVAL BUT WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AT THE END OF DAY IS MORE IMPORTANT,,
Thanks Zafar !
I guess that the discussion would be more reach if you replaced the word personal by personnel.
Would be the personal objectives motivate the personnel for corporate objective's achievement.
I agree with the colleagues, specially Mr. Pathiyil.
The aims of the corporate vs. the aims of the individual.
Personal goals affect how an employee performs. While they can serve as motivation to be more productive and more successful, they can also cause conflicts between staff or between work and home.
Businesses are most successful when personal goals are aligned with corporate goals. This can be difficult to do at times, but it is possible. Most of the time, personal goals should still be work-related, such as achieving a sales volume, working a number of hours, organizing a specific project, or improving a specific skills. Finding common ground between these personal goals and your organizational priorities can be hugely productive.
Ideally speaking there should be no difference because both are tightly integrated with each other.
However, ethically as well as professionally, primary attention should be paid to the corporate objectives and if that sometimes doesn't work for personal objectives you may go an extra mile for the personal as well.
Corporate Objectives: optimization of Resource Utilization and Maximization of Prospects, Profits and Wealth.
Personal Objectives: Career Development and Growth, Consistency of Income, Recognition of work, Adjust the personal expertise to the professional requirements of the Organization and its objectives.
For Marketing profession-personal objectives stand out with an upper edge--and that may be one of the requirements by the corporates for their betterment.
agree with the answer given by VENKITARAMAN KRISHNA MOORTHY VRINDAVAN , Vinod Jetley and padmakumar pathiyil
When anybody work for a organization may be it is corporate or individual the objective should be one i.e. customer satisfaction(selling a product)
Agreed to Mr. padmakumar pathiyil
