Modesty and humility, stay down to earth attitude and effective communication. Use powerful words like thank you, please, we rather I and positive words as much as possible in all your communications. Don't try to impress too much, your personal behavior is very important.

By having a professional attitude, listen them carefully, be helpful, don't be aggressive, communicate clearly and firmly. Don't argue so much and for everything with your manager and always be realistic.
