There is a popular saying which goes that "Catch them young and they shall be yours forever". I believe the most impacting training a new employee can receive in an organization is safety induction. The content of the safety induction tells the new employee of the seriousness management attaches to health and safety matters which is the foundation upon which all other things shall be laid.
If the foundation is weak and unreliable, forget about the rest of the safe systems of work because they will not work.
