Its all getting into A-Z of the institutional issues and being ready physically and mentally to deal all odds, ready to create an out of box solution for each peculiar problem and the will not to give-up in any circumstances. Its starting from where everyone gives-up and creating the noval yet workable solutiions. And on the top you have to be an Optimist of your own kind....looking for new doors and windows until you also create your own door to open. Surprisingly, we always see closed doors assuming these are locked. In fact, most of these are simply closed not locked.
