I will continue to support my company, but of course I have a family to feed. If the situation last too long and has an impact on my family I will quit. I have to support my company but I also have a responsibility toward my family.
I will stay loyaly to the company mostly If was feeling satified in it specially with its culture because it is so hard to find a company where you really find your self belonging to it. Thus, I will do my best to support it in maintaining its survival and overcoming any obstacle it faces.
I will provide my ability contineously with the Company for them to recover.I'm a kind of person who look back to what they did to me before not only to what I received from them but as a partner.

It depends upon the situation. As a professional, If I am the key employee and instrumental in tiding over the crisis will continue to stay for a period and check whether things can be set right. As a human being, I may look for an alternate opportunity to hop if the job security is less.

There should be a discussion between both parties to understand the severity of the situation, is it short term or long term! Short term may require the employee deferring utility payments until an agreed time / date
If it is a longer period then again a discussion will be required between both parties, as the employee may be in a position to move on thus saving the company that salary
Both scenarios would need all party agreement
