If your organization is running in loss and is unable to pay you and you are a key employee for the company who can help them tide over this situation

There should be a discussion between both parties to understand the severity of the situation, is it short term or long term! Short term may require the employee deferring utility payments until an agreed time / date

If it is a longer period then again a discussion will be required between both parties, as the employee may be in a position to move on thus saving the company that salary

Both scenarios would need all party agreement

find what doesn't work and replace it with what will work better. the best is also to terminate services that doesn't contribute to the growth and sustainability of the organization.
