As Per chorological order Equity shares and fixed assets appear first in balance sheet. Why?

It appears so because when a company starts its incorporation the first and thing it arranges is equity capital after which the company plans for any debt. Same you can see on the assets side Fixed Assets are the first assets which company acquires in which Land & building generally comes first.
