It is not a must to have successful career, but as you are aware that higher education means knowledge. Knowledge is Power. So Masters will be of course an advantage.
It is NOT very important. The more you learn, the better it will be for your career,
You can do a MBA or you can be a MBA.
What ever the market or in any part of the world you will be able to become like a mirror to reflect the competition and the so called strategies if you become a MBA.
At the entry point, A master degree is highly preferred. When you are blessed with a thirst for knowledge no degree is a barrier for you. After the entry till the job change the performance is all that counted except in cases the promotion policy is linked to a qualifying process by additional requirements. In some organizations the career development is so designed with a indirect advantage (more so) over the qualification.
No. But it helps.
Masters degree is a 'Value addition'. A graduation from a college will not give a person sufficient skills to be able to compete in a business world unless he gets experience. But a masters Degree gives additional skills to a person which make him confident to face the real competition.
A masters degree like MBA will definitely make you an expert in the field you are specializing in and it will help you to become an entrepreneur or for swift advance in your career.
I advice a regular course rather than a distant one because activities like management games, management meets, project presentations, group discussions, case studies, etc which adds values to a person cannot be attained with a distant theory based course.
Certifications are very important for the career growth.Despite of our hard work & skills, something should in papers to prove our knowledge. So I think masters is definitely an added advantage for our future.
It's not important comparing to have a very high ability and desire to learn.
It depends on country context. Example for Bangladesh, Master degree is minimum because this degree holders are available in job market. For example USA, school certificate is enough to get a job.
Definitely!
The more you expand your knowledge base the better it is for your career. However, just knowledge does not help unless you know how to use it for the betterment of your experience. Unless you use the tactics and tricks it's of no use. A data bank is useless unless converted to experience bank.
