1- Turnkey system that would be appropriate in the case of small projects while large and complex projects require more specialized destinations where it is better integrated contracts 

 

2- In turnkey projects we use (union  total Pricing system) "stint price ." And there is no pricing for business items  while contract projects evaluated by giving price to each item as well as duration of performance

Turn-key project where the contractor or provider undertakes the entire responsibility from design through completion and commissioning. The client or customer only has to turn the proverbial key to make everything function as it should, where contract by valuation is "Final negotiated or proposed price of a contract".
