1. you should know about your working field very well

Whether it is foe Apple or any other company . If the person who goes for interview is well prepared in all the possible respect of that product / company /brand & knowledge on competition will give an edge .
His/ her personality will give an edge & if this is there then interview of any product could be met with .
Thats y freshers are taken in Start up level jobs & Mid Level jobs and for high level jobs - experience in the same industry gives an edge surely .
The interview process at Apple is thorough and really challenges you to be prepared for the role you want prior to any consideration. The questions are not necessarily narrowed in on particular topics UNLESS you start going down a path which will lead to a poor interview. The more granular the questions become the more likely it is that you are not going to get the role.
I recommend an actions > results style of interview framework. My advice is to tell your story and don't be fake. They will see through this in a heartbeat.
Also, be prepared for multiple interviews and suprise scheduling, participants, etc. due to the nature of the business.
Prepare well in advance about the company you are appearing for an interview....their products, their financials, competition and where they stand vis-a-vis the competition. Global players in that industry, what is the present and what could be the future....but thats only if you are keen in progressing yourself in career.
Though instead of giving an generic Marketer Questions i would like you to go through the article on "Apple's Marketing Interview Questions" :- (It also provides tips on cracking it)
