What are the best beauty schools in the Middle East?

Cleopatra & Steiner offers various levels of courses and is CIDESCO-certified. Check out www.cleopatrasteiner.com. Paris Gallery organises courses too, but I think those are mainly about how to apply makeup for yourself.
