Politics is being used as a basic tool to implement desired agenda in every part of the world and in every aspect of life. Is this true?

exactly it's true. 

According to the Game theory, Politics and specially The international Relations (and relations between the international parties) is a game where the parties know the game's rules but it depends on how to use these rules right way. and politics is one of the  tools to implement nation's targets which related to every aspects of the ife, so every nation (or other international player ) has its agenda which related to its surrounded environment (other players) which is reflected internaly and they try to push the other parties to implement its agenda using  tools that he has. and the reslt depends on how much you can use the game rule. it's not a part strength but the other's weakness.  

Unfortunately, it is very true and we can't even say its an issue of the developing world it exists in every nation. The reason for its widespread is the media and greater awareness of events.

I think the entities that are really to blame for this trend are the lobbies that the bourgeoisie class of powerful people have created world over. These individuals influence the people in power to get their way around matters in society.
