Micro management, Nepotism, Autocratic leadership styles, Linguistic spirits, Excess internal politics, Undisciplined work atmosphere :  Everything hammers Creativity to a large extend.

Complacency at the top management and taking people for granted. Any organization that wants to have a sustainable business model running it is imperative that they listen to the people and have them in a consistantly motivated state to perform.

  • Autocratic leadership styles
  • Short term goals / Lack of vision
  • Uneducated leadership / Family Business / Unprofessional Management

  • Highly centralized Management system
