First of all Just for the sake of more salary I will not change my job. I will only change if i do not see a future for me in an organisation. In this scenario, i will not take another chance to join the same company when there are lot of opportunities for an experienced person in the market.

Thinking of the pay, yes it is always good to get a better financial level. But in a stage where the increase of pay does not change the standard of leaving it's better not go for the pay, because the value of respect and recognition surpasses wealth.
