It's difficult question
and there're many theories to answer it, and no of them made the world peaceful.
Also during the world's history, there are no moment of global peace. but I think that the Principle of "Power Balance " May make some Relative peace to nations But it has a huge disadvantage that may make ware ( like WWII
I'm sorry to say that there're no solid solution for Global Peace
By promoting democracy sustainable peace can be achieved, because democracies do not go for war...
I think this question is clear, but to give a solid solution is not possible due to political escalations are appearing very uncivilized manner. However, it is up to each nation in the world to contribute pragmatically within social, political and economic arrangements. This is as a core factor to minimize tensions, crises, conflicts and ultimately wars. Importantly, each nation state and non state actors or different populations to accept give and intake: tolerance and political will without egoism and extreme materialism. In fact, there is no immediate answer for the proposed question due to lack of human respects around the world and due to lack concise politics for humanity and human development as whole!
