If Traditional Marketing Mix has 4 P's (Product, Price, Place Promotion) & Extended Service Mix has 3 P's (People, Process, Physical Evidence)

If you were given chance to add another3 P's considering modern day Marketing evolution what could that be?? (Marketers be creative) :-)

Part, Party, planning, pleasure, positioning, pressure, prince, plot,etc......
The additional Ps would be Public Relation, Performance Feed Back and Perpetual Change
Performance - related to product
Prediction - predicting the result of activity
Passion - stolen from your comment :)
perception, power of authority, psychology
People which can add to for P's it will make it more active
My opinion.. the first is marketing- the second is strategic management. They complete each other which in trun will make your marketing efforts fruitful.
Let's say a company spends a large amount on the 4Ps for a product.. but the employees aren't trained to answer questions about the offer or give good service...or a customer calls to order a product and you fail to deliver it on time because you have no standard process... lets say a customer comes in to your store and the decor is irrelevant to what are you selling or the website of your company is complicated.
The expected answer may be;
Additional3 P's for for Marketing mix: participation, product satisfaction, prepared competition
Additional3 P's for service mix: public relation, perception acknowledgement, performance rating
Thank You!
Thanks for the answers :-)
I would like to further add:-
:-)
1) Perception-what customers think?
2) Participation (consumer's)-how to engage them more frequently?
3) Personal Relations-having a complete database of your clients and wishing them on special occasions
