If Traditional Marketing Mix has 4 P's & Extended Service Mix has 3 P's what in modern day marketing you can additional add 3 P's? (Be creative)

<p>If <strong>Traditional Marketing Mix</strong> has <strong>4 P's</strong> (Product, Price, Place Promotion) &amp; <strong>Extended Service Mix</strong> has <strong>3 P's</strong> (People, Process, Physical Evidence) </p> <p>If you were given <strong>chance to add another3 P's</strong> considering modern day Marketing evolution what could that be?? (Marketers be creative) :-)</p>

My opinion.. the first is marketing- the second is strategic management.They complete each other which in trun will make your marketing efforts fruitful.

Let's say a company spends a large amount  on the 4Ps for a product.. but the employees aren't trained to answer questions about the offer or give good service...or a customer calls to order a product and you fail to deliver it on time because you have no standard process... lets say a customer comes in to your store and the decor is irrelevant to what are you selling or the website of your company is complicated.
