Safety agenda on all projects is to ensure that the entire programme throughout the project life cycle is rolled out in full compliance with legal, client's safety objectives and other key stakeholders' such as industry or technical standards and local laws safety requirements. In ensuring that the minimum standards are met on the project, the ultimate aim is to avoid recording a fatality or a major accident during the project life cycle and adequate resources must be put in place to achieve this milestone
