Identify your students based on those levels. Group1 is below average, Group2 is average and Group3 is above average. Group1 and2 will need people from group3 to help them out. You can create teams for students to support one another. Make it fun, not intimidating for groups1 and2 and not so boring for group3. Just an idea....

Three types of students on the basis of IQ are challenged child ( below average ) Normal child ( average) and gifted child ( more than average). A teacher is always teaching according to the level of normal child those who are gifted should be given some difficult problem or extra exercises. or some time given some additional responsibilities like class monitor head boy or head girl because they can manage it with their studies.

Those who are challenged in terms of IQ should be given remedial classes simple problems, knowledge based home work some extra time after classes some computer based teaching learning like power point presentation, some drawing based exercises, multiple choice questions, one word one sentence questions or say short answers etc.
