very vague question, lytic therapy in the form of reteplase, streptokinase, tenecteplase or alteplase can be given.

only oral medicine useful is aspirin chewed 300 mg

I cannot give you because the patient should take ASA, Clopidogrel, crestor, and clexane according to the cardiologist. Much better to consult cardiologist :). Morphine is given ONLY for severe chest pain and morphine is regulated by the health branch of government.

Right. Tab aspirin300 mg stat is the most essential drug that should be given to a patient of MI. It decreases its mortality and prevents further morbidity.
