Good attitude is more important than more experience. Experience can easily be gained with a good attitude.

Depends on thw situation, if the project is expected to grow, a good attitude, as it would help in functionality and learning process. If suppose it is a function where a poor attitude and good experience is an asset then so be it eg procurement, audit activities, due diligence. Actually a balance of both is required.
