I guess difficult employees those who do not have a degree of flexibility and adaptability for boss directions or company rules especially in fast changing business environment like we have all around.

I can add to Mr. Shoukri;difficulty we can find with people who don't have  spirit of working as a part of team ;  that they don't provide cooperation with their colleagues. On the other hand , you can meet   Manager doesn't give you support or takes right decisions,or even give you appreciation

Theres nothing called difficult people. I guess every human being has a different motivation trigger. As a leader (and I wud be very careful using the word Boss here) if you do not have the ability to spot these triggers, then you r definitely going to have a difficult time. A leader cannot affird to have prejudices n Stereotype people. Every person is special n comes with a strength. A leader HAS to know how to tap that energy. Thats why they say Leaders are born n not made. Maybe a few are goid dnough to learn n be made.

Difficulties can be different in each case... Every company set up consists primarily of major cabinet and influencers close to the "ruling" cabinet.. This got nothing to do with the professionalism measures... However, the degree of their "deviation" from the ethics rules will identify the intensity of your "problems"
