The rotating part is called to be the crank and the piston which is made to move forword and backword is said to be the the slider.

I believe A and D is correct

 

Slider crank chain inversion. When one of the turning pairs of a four-bar chain is replaced by a sliding pair, it becomes a single slider crank chain or simply slider crank chain.
