Sorry this question is not clear. Can you please elaborate? Did you mean 'balanced' in a sense that the sales and supply chain should balance sales and production? So that there is no inventory problem? Or connected departments are 'balanced'? as sales, marketing, supplychain, finance etc are on the same page?
