Sales teams benefit from good Management and clear communication. In my experience you are better to create local incentives to encourage performance and create detailed sales improvement plans that focus on skill, knowledge and behavioral aspects of selling.

 

The sales meeting is also a vital part of the whole process, sales executives should be motivated post this meeting. The meeting agenda should be varied, engaging, cover different topics and focus on strong and weak performing areas.
