The most important thing you need to know about marketing and sales is that both activities are easy and fun.

Marketing is a fun, creative activity. A lot of it, as you will see, is brainstorming around your cause and the people whom you hope to influence. Then, you get to convey your ideas in creative and compelling ways, by creating posters, speeches, public service announcements (PSAs), films, fliers and theatrical events.

Sales is also a fun activity, believe it or not. Okay—perhaps not if you’re really shy, in which case you might want to stick with behind-the-scenes marketing or other activities. But many people, once they know what they’re doing and get in some practice, find that they like sales. That’s because, done right, it pretty much comes down to socializing with a defined purpose.

The most important aspect of marketing is to look for the future because marketing is not for the short term. But long-term planning, products and services need to develop continuously. Market analysis must be conducted consistently. Demand for consumers is constantly changing. Successful organizations do not have to stop thinking. Must have a different vision. The organization is constantly evolving and making a real difference to the marketing world.
knowledge about your client or customers requirements and provide serice or products accordingly in a best possible way.
1) In the face of an eager product manager asking me to invest into communicating their product / service I always advocate the user and ask "what does it do for me (the User)?" We often get so excited about what our product does that we forget to see it from the viewpoint of the customer. Ideally, solve an existing problem.
2) Never try being everything to everyone. EVER. Standard bell distribution still applies. If what you are selling is good, eventually it will become more widespread. That does not mean it should initially be aimed at EVERYONE.
3) When communication begings, the product better be available on POS! Worst thing we can do is drag customers' bottoms to stores and then deliver.. nothing, because product is not available. Customer will not give us another chance.
The most important thing in sales and marketing My opinion is
(HARD WORKING)
Behind every successful sale there is customer satisfaction.Once your customer is convinced that customer need matches with that of the product offered by the salesman the deal is almost done.
