During my stint in Aon Philippines5 months ago- the latest goal-setting system we used is the WIGs or the "wildly important goals". It should not be more than3; and these should be your main, generic focus and reason why you're in that company. After establishing your WIGs, you need then to set-up your LEADS or the specific strategies that you need to do to support your WIGs. Then LAGS shall follow which will then set-up your timeline as to when that task is expected to be done or accomplished.
Make job descriptions, plan training, distribute work load, assign tasks and review them on daily basis comparing with the goal. Find out the faults, repeat the process.
