the following are my operation manger duties
1. morning warm up exercise and meeting ( discuss repeat repair customer, best practise, celebrate birthday cake) ..objective- team spirit, communicate two way to connect better and team spirit
2.audit of the previous day repair order for possible improvement in process, identify training needs, understanding revenue generations. identify the spare parts requirement
3. walk around to know and observe the gaps in handling customer/ employee/ housekeeping issues
4. talk to the shop floor/ washing/ quality inspector for possible challenges to plan for action plan for smooth functioning
5. laise with the customer care department to understand the customer satisfaction after service and appointment trends to strategise marketing and training needs
