I think it is possible, if you understand the language well and are really good in communicating in English.

Other certificates ( English language) would be an added advantage.

Yes. But those countries which are non- speaking English language like Franse, Germany, Italy etc. If you have mere knowledge than natives have, you will find job in native English speaking countries.
